The caribou and cockapoo
were dining out with old coypu
A ewe joined in and then a gnu
And who shows up but jabiru
And then they saw the jackeroo
who had a date with kangaroo
A kinkajou with one kudu
And flying in, the silly mew
A sapajou with his friend shrew
A crested duck whose name was smew
A teledu and tinamou
And then the feisty wallaroo
And when they thought that all was through
Who wandered in but Big Zebu
A dandy bunch – a whole Who’s Who
This party on the black bayou
They all got tipsy drinking brew
Hung upside down – the cockatoo
The party was a ballyhoo
Until the raid by Mike Gumshoe
Since no one saw his point of view
He threw them in the city zoo
